I ship using USPS. Most items are one of a kind and available for shipping within 1-2 business days. Special orders for signs and plaques will take 7-10 business days to ship. Refunds and Exchanges
All exchanges and returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.All returns must be authorized by Red Rooster Crafts. Please contact me at 208-771-1031 or e-mail,redroostercrafts@yahoo.com. If merchandise appears used or worn I cannot accept it for a return or exchange.
